Is special care needed to extend the lifetime of these shoes?

Bellwood shoe products are made to last a lifetime. Natural wear and tear makes them look better. However, there are a few things that are better avoided, such as soaking them in water. Too much water on the leather strap might stretch it excessively. Wooden sandals soles can chip when hitting sharp objects, but it's normal wear and tear. If you are afraid of wood splinters, sharp edges can easily be sanded with a nail file or sandpaper.

What are your shipping rates?

USA and Canada: 15 usd first item and 10 usd any subsequent items.

Europe : 20 US dollar first and 15 US dollar any subsequent items.

Rest of the world: Please inquire for shipping rates by sending an email.

What if I bought the wrong size and want to exchange it?

Returns are accepted within 14 working days of delivery date. The Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs. For your convenience, we created a detailed sizing chart with an outline and other general dimensions to avoid a mismatched purchase. If unsure, please contact us and we are happy to give you advice based on extra information about your feet that you are encouraged to email us.

We designed the foot bed of our shoes to be comfortable for all possible foot variations. They will feel very comfortable even worn slighty small or a little larger. That matters because some people prefer the look of a smaller sandal while others like extra padding a slightly bigger shoe provides visually.

How much warranty do you provide on your stuff?

Made in Rockingham products are sold with an one year warranty for manufacturing errors. just send them to us and we will refund or exchange them.'

Why are these so sustainable?

Rockingham shoes are mostly made of natural, biodegradable materials. We work them manually, altering them as little as possible. The natural treated leather and wood will look better with age.
